Compliance & Regulation
Ensuring the highest standards of safety, privacy, and governance in line with UK healthcare and care-sector requirements.
UK Care Regulation & Quality Standards
Cenkos Staffing Services aligns its staffing operations with the standards expected by UK regulators and sector guidance, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) framework used across regulated care environments.
We maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, including regular internal audits, client feedback review, and ongoing workforce training to meet and exceed service expectations.
UK Legal & Professional Framework
We operate in line with applicable UK legislation and standards relevant to care staffing, including safeguarding duties, employment checks, and data protection obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our compliance framework covers person-centred care, client rights and dignity, informed consent, abuse prevention and reporting, complaint handling, proper documentation, staff qualifications, and emergency preparedness.
Abuse Prevention & Mandatory Reporting
The safety of our clients is our absolute priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to abuse and neglect and train all staff to escalate concerns immediately through safeguarding channels.
All staff are trained to recognise signs of abuse, including physical, emotional, financial abuse and neglect, and to report concerns through internal escalation pathways and appropriate local safeguarding authorities.
If you suspect abuse or immediate danger, contact emergency services on 999 and notify your local authority safeguarding team.
Staff Screening & Background Checks
All caregivers undergo comprehensive pre-employment screening, including identity verification, right-to-work checks, and enhanced DBS checks before deployment. We also verify references and assess role readiness.
- Enhanced DBS checks where role-appropriate
- Identity and right-to-work verification
- Professional reference verification
- Professional reference verification (minimum two references)
- Skills competency assessments
- Ongoing training in safeguarding, infection control, and emergency procedures
Data Protection & Confidentiality
Cenkos Staffing Services is committed to protecting personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect sensitive information.
Personal information is processed only where there is a lawful basis, access is restricted to authorised personnel, and all staff complete regular confidentiality and data-handling training.
Clients and candidates can request access to their personal data, request corrections, and raise concerns through our privacy contact channels.
Clinical Governance & Service Quality
We maintain clear governance processes for staffing quality, incident management, escalation, and continuous improvement to support safe and effective care delivery for partner organisations.
We are committed to transparent communication, accurate records, and proactive quality monitoring across all assignments.
Feedback & Complaints
We value all feedback as it helps us improve. We have a robust complaints procedure in place that ensures all concerns are listened to, investigated thoroughly, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate it to the relevant local authority, regulator, or ombudsman service where applicable.
