At Cenkos Staffing Services, the safety and dignity of every client is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to abuse and neglect and work proactively to prevent harm across all care settings we support.

We align with UK safeguarding expectations, including local authority procedures and organisational escalation policies. Staff are trained to report concerns immediately and document incidents accurately.

Proactive measures to prevent abuse before it occurs, including thorough staff vetting and ongoing training.

Immediate Reporting

All staff are trained to report suspected abuse immediately through safeguarding pathways.

Background Screening

Every caregiver undergoes robust pre-employment screening including DBS checks where required.

Client Rights

Recognising Abuse

Our staff are trained to identify various forms of abuse and neglect, including:

Reporting Concerns

If you have a concern about the safety of a client or staff member, it must be reported immediately. Our team follows internal safeguarding escalation and local authority safeguarding procedures.
